Nautical and Marinas business group, Marlin S.A. In Cuba, plans to launch several projects in June to expand existing facilities in Cuba, starting with alliances with foreign investors.
The objective is to turn on Cuban nautical basses into tourist marinas, and increase the capacities, so that they could receive yachts or mega yachts from small and medium size, from all around the world.
Under the management contracts with financing modality, the proposals include the Tarara base, at the east of Havana, and the Cayo Guillermo international marinas, north of Ciego de Avila and Varadero in Matanzas.
Some European continent countries shows must interet: Germany, Italy, France and Spain.
The new marines will be promoted as part of the projects by Cuba Golf S.A.
Recently Cuba Golf S.A had been associated with The Panamanian company La Playa Golf Resort International Panama S.A. and signed an agreement to create the joint venture Punta Colorada S.A. to boosting the real estate development associated with tourism and advance in the consolidation of new offers and services.
Also the Cuba Golf and the German company CON-IMPEX Touristik established a joint venture for the construction of a unique tourist complex in Punta Gorda, at the province of Camaguey which will include an international marine.
Marlin S.A. operates five tourist marines, seven nautical bases, 71 beach points and 22 international diving centers scattered throughout the country.
